Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Shreenath Industry for your packaging needs. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding order cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

For standard products, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom packaging orders (including specific dimensions, printing, or specialized materials) cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed only if:

• The products received are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The products do not match the specifications agreed upon in the purchase order.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the items back to our facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The cost of return shipping will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
